Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 2026

Thank you for choosing Attainable Living Design.
Every consultation, decorating recommendation, AI visualization, organization plan, and shopping guide is thoughtfully personalized for your home and your unique goals. Because our work is custom and time-intensive, please review the following policy before booking.
Payment
Full payment is required to reserve your consultation and begin work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or payment processing fees charged by their financial institution or payment provider.
Cancellations
Life happens, and we completely understand.
If you need to cancel your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment may be rescheduled or refunded, less any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by Attainable Living Design.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule one consultation one time at no additional charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
Additional rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled consultation.
If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at its originally scheduled end time to respect other client appointments.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior communication may be considered a no-show.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
No-show appointments are non-refundable and will require a new booking and payment.
AI Visualizations & Custom Deliverables
Once Attainable Living Design has begun work on any personalized service, including but not limited to:

• AI room renderings

• Decorating plans

• Mood boards

• Organization plans

• Shopping lists

• Written recommendations

• Custom layouts

• Digital deliverables

those services become non-refundable.
Because these services are customized specifically for your home, they cannot be returned or reused.
Digital Products
Due to the personalized nature of digital decorating services, completed consultations, AI renderings, decorating concepts, organization plans, shopping guides, and other custom digital deliverables are non-refundable once delivered.
Client Communication
Clients are responsible for providing requested photographs, measurements, videos, and other project information in a timely manner.
Project timelines may be delayed if required information is not received.
Estimated completion dates are estimates only and may change due to project complexity, client responsiveness, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Project Abandonment
If a client becomes unresponsive for 90 consecutive days after purchasing services, the project may be considered abandoned.
Attainable Living Design reserves the right to close the project.
Fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued due to:

• Changes in personal style or decorating preferences after recommendations have been delivered.

• Products becoming unavailable or discontinued.

• Retail pricing changes.

• Differences in paint colors caused by lighting, monitor settings, or manufacturer variations.

• Differences between AI renderings and the completed room.

• Incorrect room measurements supplied by the client.

• Product sizing issues caused by inaccurate measurements.

• Contractor or installer workmanship.

• Client decisions not to implement recommendations.

• Simply changing your mind after work has begun.

If We Need to Reschedule
If Attainable Living Design must postpone or reschedule your appointment due to illness, emergency, technical difficulties, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to:

• Reschedule your consultation at no additional charge; or

• Receive a full refund if we are unable to provide the purchased service.

Chargebacks
If you have concerns about your purchase or experience, we kindly ask that you contact Attainable Living Design first so we can work toward a fair resolution.
By purchasing services, you agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve concerns directly with us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your financial institution.
Force Majeure
Attainable Living Design shall not be responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Severe weather

• Power outages

• Internet or technology failures

• Illness

• Family emergencies

• Government actions

• Labor disputes

• Acts of God

• Other unforeseen events

Our Commitment to You
At Attainable Living Design, our goal is to provide thoughtful guidance, creative solutions, and a positive experience from start to finish.
If, for any reason, we believe we are not the right fit for your project or are unable to provide the level of service you deserve, Attainable Living Design reserves the right to decline, cancel, or discontinue services at any time.
In these situations, Attainable Living Design may, at its sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund for any services that have not yet been completed.
Likewise, if a client engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward Attainable Living Design, we reserve the right to immediately terminate services. Any refund in these circumstances shall be determined solely at the discretion of Attainable Living Design.
Policy Updates
Attainable Living Design reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
