These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, consultations, digital content, AI visualizations, and communications. By accessing this website, booking a consultation, purchasing services, or interacting with Attainable Living Design, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Our Services

Attainable Living Design provides virtual decorating consultations, home organization recommendations, AI room visualizations, decorating concepts, shopping suggestions, and educational content.

Our services are intended to inspire and guide decorating decisions for residential spaces. We are not a licensed interior design firm, architectural firm, engineering firm, contractor, or construction company.

Eligibility

By using this website or purchasing services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Client Responsibilities

To provide personalized recommendations, clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

  • Room measurements

  • Photographs and videos

  • Budget information

  • Lifestyle needs

  • Design preferences

  • Existing furniture dimensions (when applicable)

Attainable Living Design relies on the information provided by the client and cannot guarantee recommendations based on incomplete or inaccurate information.

Payment

Payment is due in full prior to the delivery of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices, packages, and services are subject to change without notice. Any pricing changes will not affect services that have already been purchased.

Communication

Most communication will take place via email, scheduled video consultation, or another mutually agreed-upon method.

Clients are encouraged to ask questions throughout the decorating process. However, additional consultations or revisions beyond the purchased service may require an additional fee.

Scope of Services

Unless specifically agreed upon in writing, services do not include:

  • Contractor management

  • Construction management

  • Installation

  • Furniture assembly

  • Electrical work

  • Plumbing work

  • Structural advice

  • Architectural drawings

  • Engineering services

  • Building permits

  • Code compliance

  • Purchasing products on the client's behalf

  • Project management

Attainable Living Design provides decorating recommendations only.

AI Visualizations

AI-generated renderings are intended to help clients visualize decorating concepts before making purchasing decisions.

These renderings are artistic representations and are not exact replicas of finished spaces.

Actual results may vary.

Product Recommendations

Product suggestions are offered for the convenience of the client.

Attainable Living Design does not manufacture, sell, warehouse, inspect, or guarantee any third-party products.

Clients are solely responsible for evaluating products before purchase, including measurements, specifications, safety, quality, warranties, shipping policies, and return policies.

Third-Party Retailers

Recommendations may include products from third-party retailers including, but not limited to:

  • IKEA

  • Amazon

  • Target

  • HomeGoods

  • Wayfair

  • Lowe's

  • Home Depot

  • Pottery Barn

  • West Elm

  • Facebook Marketplace

  • Local retailers

Attainable Living Design is not responsible for pricing, inventory, defects, delivery delays, discontinued products, customer service, warranties, or any issues arising from purchases made through third-party businesses.

Intellectual Property

All content created by Attainable Living Design remains the exclusive intellectual property of Attainable Living Design.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • AI renderings

  • Decorating concepts

  • Mood boards

  • Shopping guides

  • Written recommendations

  • Organization plans

  • Digital downloads

  • Graphics

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Website content

  • Photographs

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, redistributed, published, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Client Materials

Clients retain ownership of any photographs, videos, floor plans, or other materials submitted to Attainable Living Design.

By submitting these materials, clients grant Attainable Living Design permission to use them solely for the purpose of providing decorating services.

Client materials will never be publicly displayed without permission.

Portfolio & Testimonials

With the client's written permission, Attainable Living Design may display completed projects, AI renderings, before-and-after photographs, and client testimonials on its website, portfolio, social media platforms, or marketing materials.

Clients may decline permission without affecting the services provided.

Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Copy website content.

  • Reproduce AI renderings.

  • Use content for commercial purposes without permission.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website.

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Misrepresent Attainable Living Design or its services.
